Nana's Picnic

Papa was giving the boys rides around the park on his scooter...

This summer, when some family was in town, my mom (Nana) was saying that she wanted to have a real picnic...she has always really enjoyed them. So, being the kids we are, we decided to tease her about it and we were calling it "Nana's Picnic"...not sure who started it, but it kept on going..."were going to Nana's picnic, yeah, we are at Nana's picnic," and so on. Nana just tried to ignore us all, as she usually does when we are teasing her or making fun of something she says. Well, on Sunday, I told her that we should go to the park, since it was so nice out, and we could just bring snacks or whatever. She said that she would bring all the food, if we could call it "Kecia's picnic," since it was my idea. It was great and very nice of her to do all the food, including homemade bread....but no luck on her part, we all still called it Nana's picnic! Thanks for putting up with us mom....
